Refund and Cancellation Policy for Elite Customs Auto Spa

a. No-Show or Late Cancellations: Failure to provide 24 hours' notice for cancellation or not showing up for the appointment without prior notification may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the prepaid service fee.
b. Quality Concerns: If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please let us know immediately. We strive to address and rectify any issues to your satisfaction. Refunds or adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Service Interruptions and Delays:
